Delivery Driver / Packer

Bay Linen Hire & Laundry Services — Rosebud, Mornington Peninsula & Bass Coast, VIC

$33 – $35 / hour • Full time

About the role

You’ll join a family-owned team delivering linen and garments across Victoria. This is a hands-on role—you’ll drive, handle trolleys and build friendly customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive safely and reliably to deliver and collect linen across assigned routes.
  • Use a smartphone and company software to track deliveries (PDA / driver app).
  • Load, move and decant linen trolleys at drop points as required.
  • Provide courteous on-site customer service and maintain solid client relationships.
  • Follow all safety and work instructions; manage time to meet schedules.

Who we’re looking for

  • MR licence (minimum) — required.
  • Preferably ~1 year delivery experience, but we welcome positive, trainable people.
  • Physically fit and able to move linen trolleys safely.
  • Comfortable with basic technology (smartphone + driver PDA).
  • Reliable, punctual, with strong customer-service focus.
