What you’ll be doing
- Planting native seedlings in prepared ground according to team targets and quality standards.
- Working outdoors in all weather, maintaining quality while meeting productivity goals.
- Following site safety and environmental instructions, using basic planting tools and personal protective equipment.

- Physically capable, motivated people — no previous tree-planting experience required.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn fast; problem-solvers who take pride in their work.
- Team players who can adapt to varied work sites and rosters.

Minimum requirements
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Access to a vehicle or willingness to acquire one.
- Own or willing to purchase appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
