About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in the heart of Victoria’s beautiful Grampians region. As a Flower Picker / Farm Hand, you’ll be part of the team responsible for harvesting native flowers, maintaining crops, and ensuring the farm runs smoothly every day. You’ll gain practical farming experience and learn about native flora while contributing directly to the production of premium Australian flowers.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvest and prepare native cut flowers and foliage according to daily requirements
- Assist in packing, processing, and ensuring product quality and availability
- Participate in crop maintenance activities such as pruning, weeding, scouting, and fertilising
- Support with planting and farm establishment tasks
- Load and unload vehicles and transport products between farms when needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and general farm facilities
Skills & Requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Valid driver’s licence is an advantage

Salary & Employment Details
Employment begins on a full-time casual basis for the first three months, with potential for permanent full-time placement for the right candidate. Competitive pay rates will be offered according to experience and industry standards.
